Kind Pediatric Therapy Policies
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, Kind Pediatric Therapy respectfully requests that you give 24-hour notice by phone or email. If you are unable to cancel your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a $30 cancelation fee. Please note this fee is billed to the client and not their health insurance company, as medical insurance does not provide coverage for missed sessions. We understand emergencies occur and will be considered on an individual basis.
Attendance:
In order for therapeutic progress to occur, attendance is necessary. If you have 2 or more missed visits within a 30 day period, Kind Pediatric Therapy reserves the right to discharge services.
Billing:
Payment is due at the time of service. Private pay is accepted via cash, credit or debit.
Insurance:
Kind Pediatric Therapy is currently an out-of-network provider. We are currently working on becoming providers for some insurance companies. You are welcomed to call for specific insurance inquiries.
If you are seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, Kind Pediatric Therapy will provide a Superbill upon your request. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. Please call your insurance company directly to determine out-of-network coverage for speech and language services and evaluations and teletherapy services.
